Ryse: Son of Rome is a story of Marius Titus, who’s family was murdered on his eyes by the barbarians. While seeking his opportunity to revenge, he joins Roman army that resides in Britain. He turns out to be a great soldier and quickly make his way in army’s hierarchy. Soon he becomes a general. As the war against barbarians is more and more intense, his mission is clearly defined: he must go back to Rome.

Main Characters

Marius Titus – hardened in battle and fearless soldier that proves his determination and bravery in hundreds of brutal fights. Guided by his desire to revenge and honor he joins the war to save the Roman Empire from tragedy.
Commodus – the youngest son of Neron. Chosen by his father to be a Britain’s Governor. His illusory godliness makes his brutal contempt for Britain’s citizens even greater.
