Returns

Digital goods cannot be returned due to the nature of key/license activation being non-reversible.
You may only return the product key/license if it does not work/activate the product you bought.

 

Refunds by replacement of product (if applicable)

To complete your refund, we require proof of purchase.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will recieve a replacement

 

Refunds by cryptocurrency (if applicable)

If we cannot provide a replacement for any reason, you will be applicable for a refund.
A refund will be given in your chosen cryptocurrency.
You cannot be refunded the amount of the cryptocurrency that you bought the product with.
The amount of your chosen cryptocurrency will be calculated from dollars ($) at the time of sending refund.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within 1 week, please contact us at support@keys4coins.com.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should send your product key to: support@keys4coins.com
There is no shipping cost when returning by email and so there will be no deduction from your refund.
